Description:	This is a primer course designed to give you a basic working knowledge of HTML. From this course you may continue on to do web design or even web development. HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is the way web browsers (Such as Netscape Navigatior) understand what to display on the screen when a web page is loaded. This is the most basic element of creating web pages, and is a must for anyone having any involvement in the creation of web pages.
